15 years of nonprofit, community development and finance experience working with for profit, nonprofit and government entities to support the needs of underserved communities.

  • Expertise in nonprofit start-ups, development and expansion, organizational management, board development, strategic and nonprofit business planning, program and project development and management, fundraising, grant writing and capital planning. Experience in advocacy and policy implementation, outreach and educational workshops, forums and conferences.


  • Experience with the management and compliance requirements for federal, state and local government programs provided by the US Housing and Urban Development and Treasury Departments including but not limited to CDBG, HOME, NSP, and CDFI Fund.


  • Leadership in the areas of nonprofit capacity building, neighborhood stabilization, community development finance, financial literacy and consumer education through coordinating and facilitating community development activities, trainings, educational seminars, forums, conferences, research and publications.
