Provided lead coordination, direct consulting and project management for the development and implementation of the Northside Transformation Plan. Focused on all the planning and coordination for the redevelopment efforts as part of the requirements outlined in the Choice Neighborhood Initiative (CNI) Planning Grant and specified in the Choice Neighborhood Project Management job descriptions. (A US HUD master planning grant)
